We are seeking an energetic, professional, enthusiastic and motivated Physician
of Chiropractic.
Opportunity to grow your own practice is an option as we do not have
template/cookie-cutter contracts with our Doctors as they all enter our company
with individual aspirations.
Organization and communication skills are a must. You should also have both
strong philosophical and clinical skills. We will train you on all aspects of
office management, marketing, and patient management unless it is your desire to
deal with only the Doctoral side of things.
Our office is brand new, plush, with spa appeal, and centrally located. We are
diligent about keeping them in excellent shape. We are located in prime target
areas as far as business demographics that support our Chiropractic Profession
are concerned. We are conveniently located near major highways (Hwy 880 and 680)
to expand the reachable patient base, thus facilitating patient entry into our
facilities.
We specialize in Workers Compensation, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation and
Personal Injury based practices with a board certified physician as medical
director to help our chiropractors grow their practice. We provide a broad
spectrum of care for our patients. We also utilize complimentary other licensed
Medical Arts professionals such as Aesthetician and Therapeutic Massage
Therapists to more comprehensively and effectively assess, treat and manage
patient conditions. In addition, our offices offer a warm and friendly staff and
environment, with a high level of professionalism as well.
This position offers a reasonable BASE SALARY, COMMISSION, INCENTIVES AND
BONUSES. We have a very unique open book policy and system in place that negates
any horror stories of the past we often hear about such as unscrupulous tactics
involving Associate Physicians who are promised Monthly Bonuses and/or Incentive
packages yet are not privy to the information required to gain this number at
the end of the month, and as a result, get " taken" . We find that utterly
demoralizing and appalling, yet, it seems to be common practice in our
Profession these days (beware, do your research, ask around).
Lastly, we believe that as the Associate Physician, you are the cornerstone of
our practice and our company and should be treated with respect and compensated
fairly for it. All of our Associate Physician agreements are unique, very
flexible and Associate-friendly.
